  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED - Due to the recent COVID outbreak, as well as hygiene reasons, refunds will NOT be processed. With that we ensure that we are a trusted company and that all products will be shipped off safely and efficiently on our behalf. 


  • PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 WORKING DAYS ON THE ARRIVAL OF PACKAGE(S) - depending on the demand it is of our best interest to ship out packages as soon as possible. 


  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES VIA ROYAL MAIL - however partial refund MAY be issued if consumer can provide proof of failed arrivement of package. This will be thoroughly checked and any signs of fraudulent behaviour will be dealt with.
